Production time

Most orders ship within 2–7 business days.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• U.S. transit typically 3–7 business days after production.
• International shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns or reprints for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. If any of that happens, message us on Instagram within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund.

We can't accept returns for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or a change of heart. Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.

Custom trail signs and personalized pieces

Custom pieces are made just for you and can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or misprinted. Please review your trail names, spelling, and personalization text carefully before submitting.

Wrong address / undeliverable

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship at your expense. We can't refund shipments returned for that reason.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
